The legal financing fees are based on the amount of the request, the time for
repayment and the creditworthiness of the defendant. Typically we
charge 3 to 6% to contract and document the attorney financing transaction and a
monthly discount of 2 to 4%.

We are repaid directly from the defendant. Most companies honor our
law firm financing assignment agreement and pay the assigned portion directly to us.
